Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to Matrix Hub Limited.

  2. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all goods and services supplied by the company whether these be despatched by the company or by the supplier directly to the customer.
  3. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current rate will be applied to all invoices, in the absence of exemption.
  4. The price to be paid by the customer shall be the sum/s shown on the company’s invoice/s. The company reserves the right to amend prices at any time and to correct errors and omissions.
  5. Where customers have credit accounts, unless agreed in writing, all goods must be paid for within 30 days of the invoice date. Capital Equipment must be paid within 14 days of installation.
  6. Goods dispatched directly from the manufacturer may incur carriage charges. Prices are exclusive of carriage.
  7. Membership prices apply only to customers with valid membership status.
  8. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw goods or services at any time without notice.
  9. We reserve the right to cancel discounts and charge interest on overdue accounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate. A late fee of £20 may also apply.
  10. Dishonoured payments may incur a minimum charge of £50.
  11. The company reserves the right to use credit reference agencies.

Delivery

  1. Delivery dates are approximate and delays shall not be the responsibility of the company.
  2. Customers must ensure they are available to accept delivery. Failure may result in additional charges.
  3. Customers must prepare appropriately for installation of Capital Equipment. Failure may incur additional costs.
  4. Equipment deliveries may incur charges unless stated otherwise.
  5. Damaged or missing goods must be reported to Matrix Hub Limited within 2 working days and confirmed in writing within 7 days.
  6. The company may ship goods directly to a customer on behalf of a retailer. Discounts may vary.
  7. Delivery times depend on stock availability.

Returned Goods

  1. Goods cannot be returned without prior approval and a return authorization number from Matrix Hub Limited.
  2. Returns must include account details and the original invoice reference.
  3. Customers are responsible for safe return shipping, including packaging and insurance.
  4. Incorrectly ordered or special-order goods are non-returnable.
  5. Sterile or licensed goods cannot be returned if opened or damaged.
  6. Equipment must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for credit.
  7. A handling fee may apply to returns.

Prices and Payment

  1. Ownership of goods remains with Matrix Hub Limited until full payment is received. The company reserves the right to repossess goods if unpaid.

Warranties

  1. Customers must contact Matrix Hub Limited with purchase details and issue description for support.
  2. Items may need to be returned for inspection. Warranty repairs/replacements follow manufacturer terms.
  3. Warranties apply only with proper use of products.
  4. Improper use voids warranties.
  5. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless required by law.
  6. Liability is limited to the value of the goods/services supplied.
  7. Claims must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
  8. No third party has rights under these terms.
  9. These Terms are governed by the Laws of England.
  10. Warranty claims may be declined for overdue accounts.
